Myself and the wife got married in 2011 and, as a designer, it was my duty to create the wedding stationary.
I'd created our invitations earlier that year which you can view here. It was then that I'd settled on the theme of pairs. We continued this theme by naming each table after a food based pair and creating pair based guest cards instead of a book. Our guests were able to write a message on a postcard and peg it to a line running up the stairs.
I created the place names from some spare invitations, the table plan, and also designed a print as a gift to my groomsmen. Running through all the stationary was my wedding icon which I had made into a stamp. This allowed me to quite happily stamp any bit of card with some free space on it.
We were really pleased with the end result with the only mior point being that we didn't have enough guest cards to go round after the children got hold of them!
